“Divine Light” Yellow Tulip
This tulip came from my wife’s garden.
I found it one day sitting in a vase on the kitchen island.
Me: “Can I borrow this for a minute.”
bb: “For what.”
Me: “Take it upstairs to the studio to take a couple of shots,looks kind of cool.”
bb: “Have fun.”
That’s how it all began, nothing fancy, within the 3rd shot I was hooked on taking close-up pictures of flowers.
Who knew.
GrandPa’s Lure #01
The image that started it all.
It was “Big Garbage” day in town here, I was going through all the stuff in the garage that I’ve said I was going to “put out” for the last couple of years when in a corner under a mound of stuff I saw his old green tackle box.
Instantly knew what it was, thought it was long gone, and after about a half hour of digging held it in my hands for the 1st time in decades…
…and when opened, found this.
